I have decided to share my pleasant experience after eating twice in Gerringong Cafe and Take away. The staff were very polite and quick. The food quality was high as it was not oily and the hamburger meat was really fresh. The sea food i ate in my first trip was also delicious and again not oily. Since the new owners took over, this place is very hit and miss. Most times the chips have been great, very crunchy and cooked perfectly. However the seafood has been poor quality every time. Last time I ordered sadly, the fish cake was cold in the middle and calamari small and not worth the price. I also ordered tartare sauce but somehow got garlic sauce instead.
