I had an incredible experience. Eating is amazing Actually, I don't remember the last time I had a well executed rare steak; I enjoyed every bite. The puree is quite delicate. Fish is perfectly cooked. I think the Rosseto needed to be cooked a little longer, but overall it tasted good sweetness is very delicious and well balanced...
