Fish are very fresh and are of good taste but fish selection and ingredients are quite basic. I wish they didn’t torched my Otoro though, personally I think it ruins the flavor of the “fresh” Otoro. We had the THB 8,000 premium set, and the highlights were only Kegani crab and the Ankou.
