Depending on the time of day or evening that you go, the vibe is completely unique and different. I have been here many many times with both family and friends, both from Israel and out of town. It is always a lot of fun and the aesthetic and vibe is unmatched. They have excellent pizza and good draft beer, and being located under one of the most popular restaurants in the city, provides for great food and atmosphere. Depending on the time of day or night that you come, it may be table service or self service at the bar. One thing to note, is the later you go, the harder it is to get a table especially for larger groups. Check out my pictures and definitely check it out!

On our night there was African music night downstairs and chill jazz funky music upstairs.
