!!RIDICULOUS!! Ever since the last lady stopped working there I will no longer be eating at this place! I cannot believe the new lady actually tried making me pay for the food I couldn't finish off my one and only plate. And was charged 30 for me and my daughter's meal. !!NEVER AGAIN!! It should be against the law to charge me for the food I have left on my single plate of food. I could understand if I had multiple plates and wanted to take that. I'm livid about the situation and will be letting everyone know.

We absolutely love Long Spring! We make the trip from Swanton, MD, just to pick up takeout. While I haven't tried their buffet, their takeout is outstanding. Everything is super fresh, hot, and it stays warm during the ride home. I especially enjoy their hot and sour soup, egg rolls, and pot stickers.

I went to the restaurant with my sibling to celebrate their birthday. Even though it was close to closing time, I noticed they were starting to wrap up the buffet, which makes sense since it was getting late and there weren't any other customers around. However, they kindly kept the buffet open for us and even asked if there was anything specific we wanted refilled or made fresh. They promptly prepared fresh batches of our requests. The service was excellent, and the staff were truly kind.

Cash only...2024 nobody carries cash. Was really looking forward to a Chinese place I could eat at daily but guess time to move on.

Called in for takeout order weekday about 7:30 pm. Just ordered General Tso chicken with rice and some egg rolls. I had high expectations but shouldn't have been so optimistic. After three-minute drive home, I dove in and found the egg rolls simply perfect with a thick, chewy, crispy, bumpy skin and a warm but fresh cabbage pork filling. Delicious with some hot mustard!I was disappointed with the texture of the fried rice and it was dry and crumbly and impossible to eat with a fork (let alone chopsticks). The ckicken was surrounded with a tasty and tangy sauce. But then, I tried to eat the terribly overcooked (maybe rewarmed from the buffet) that was tough to chew and lacked any inside moisture. The least desirable meal I have ever experienced at Long Spring. Vegetarian options: Freshly cooked vegetables are a very good option. We wanted some protein and spice so chose Gen Tso Chicken but should have gone with the vegetables.
