I ordered the Three Sons Benedict for brunch, which is usually my favorite, but I was disappointed to find it tasteless. The ham used in the dish lacked flavor and left me feeling sick for the rest of the day. I suggest replacing the ham with speck to add more taste and not overcooking the spinach, as fresh spinach is much better than soggy.
