I've known Billy for a long time, as my father frequently visits this place. I was recently denied the opportunity to order food at the bar, even though the kitchen was closed. I had tried to place an order and even called ahead. Ordered 1 drink and waited 45 minutes before deciding to leave because nobody took our order. The girl stopped at the table next to us at least 3 times and walked right passed us. We were probably there an hour and never got to order. Bummer Atmosphere: 4
