Being Italian it is not really easy to eat as at home!whatever you choose from Pizza Margherita to claim spaghetti or tartare of tonno no issues! Really passion shown by the recipe and presented dishes. Really suggested View all feedback.
What Justin R doesn't like about Puntino:
Food is mediocre. Price is high That combo ain't good!!! Even if price was dirt cheap this would not be a 4 or 5 star restaurant. We got all three fish dishes on the menu none were well prepared. Salmon was the best of the 3. For 40+ entrees need more. Pastas were also mediocre. Wine list is also mediocre and pricey. Kid friendly. View all feedback.
Small italian restaurante in Key Biscayne, went with a group of friends for a celebration. The menu was italian all the way, with not only pasta but chicken, beef, fish, etc but prepared in a ver italian/mediterranean way. Everything sounded so good and we all got different dishes. They have specials and you must ask for them as there we amazing options there too, I opted for the Veal Chop of the specials and one friend the linguini with lobster tail. Other dishes ordered, mussels, ravioli and salmon. My veal was off the charts delicious, perfectly cooked and melts in your mouth, probably the best piece of meat I've had in a very long time!!!! The portion was so bug everyone got to try it. Same with the linguini, a whole lobster tail on it along with other seafood, more than enough for 2 people. The other dishes were really good as well, but the 2 specials took the award for best!!!!! We had some nice wine and service was really good, we spent a trally great time there and the weather helped in having a table outside and enjoy the night. Only reason not giving this place a 5 star was the price, as any of the specials cost 59$, quite pricey. It's a great restaurant and other options aren't so high but still pricey meal....
This was a great experience, people where friendly, staff was inviting and the food, was amazing. I ate the gnocchi with blue cheese and it was creamy and melted in my mouth! A must have!
This place was a gem. We had a group dinner for 40 and I'd never seen the place. From first contact to the meal, it was seamless. They were very accommodating to our group, and it was a very reasonable price for an excellent meal of appetizers, first courses, pasta, pizza, and dessert. We had quality apps as well, picking quite a few. Everyone was completely satisfied with the meal, and they also accommodated our vegan friend. The food was excellent as was service. It is within walking distance of the Key Biscayne Ritz. We forgot to take food pics as we were having such a great time. Some of our other friends ate upstairs as they were overflow so didn't eat with our group. They also enjoyed all of their meals ordered separately. This is a great place for a nice intimate meal, or an entire group. My only regret is I didn't get back there to try some of the other dishes. Wow. Thanks, Puntino!
I had dinner here this past Saturday with my fiance and sister. Admittedly I knew the food was going to be amazing. We actually met the owner and he was very nice and great with his customers. My fiancé had the lamb and it was the best thing I've ever had!! Lol yes I had to take some! Absolutely amazing! I really wanted to have oysters so I had their pasta with oysters and it was so delicious. The pasta was cooked so perfectly! Overall our experience was amazing and the food was delicious.
