Milanezza Restaurant Bar - Key Biscayne

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the delicious food. However, the service during my most recent visit was lacking. Despite the server being friendly, there were times when they seemed to disappear even though the restaurant was not busy.

The menu at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is superb. They are very detailed oriented and are pet, kids, and business friendly. What more could you ask for? Special mentions to Pilar and Manuela for their dedicated service, and to the night manager who was incredibly kind and efficient. Our customer experience at Aileen last night, March 28, 2024, was outstanding.

We absolutely adored our server Manuela. She provided wonderful wine recommendations and made our daughter's birthday celebration even more memorable. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere inside was lively and energetic, with plenty of outdoor seating available for those seeking a quieter setting. Overall, it was a fantastic evening!

Great meal and very nice spot, but beware that for outdoor dining they surprisingly (and in 2024, is this legal? allow smoking (cue wind blowing cig smoke from two tables right at us while eating .

Too loud but wonderful food and exceptional service!
