SoulEdge as One Got there before 9am. I ordered The Keeper’s Wife with grapefruit juice. It had good portions, the tomato jam is a excellent touch. Hats off to Martha my server, the Front Desk morning crew, Mariana by the valet. This visit was apromise I made to my then ex German-American gf. ????????????????Cue in the song “Let Me Go” by Avril Lavigne ft. ChadKroeger . ??????

We had a fantastic breakfast experience! Our hostess, Celia, provided us with exceptional customer service—one of the best we've ever encountered. Her positive attitude truly made a great first impression on my wife, our guests, and me. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant!
I spent $50 on a burger and omelette that had no flavor at all. The service was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the great service, inviting ambiance, and delicious food. The filet mignon was outstanding, and the green circle chicken was equally impressive. The shrimp cocktail made for a great appetizer, though I think I’ll pass on the scamorza starter next time. The fattoush salad was fresh and one of my favorites, but just a heads up, it doesn’t include lettuce like a traditional fattoush salad does. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

The service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic!
I had the Miami Spice special for $28.00 a tasty salad, fish sandwich and chocolate cake. My husband had the shrimp cocktail (3 shrimp), hamburger and cheesecake. Everything was prepared great and service was excellent. We were there on a Friday and ate inside but with a view to the outside, including seeing squirrels and two iguanas go after scraps.
Whitney waited on us and was very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious.
I have a hearing issue and had asked for a table in a quite area, which they accommodated perfectly. We are gluten sensitive and (to our surprise) they had gluten free bread available. Our waiter, Lamas, was very friendly and made some wonderful recommendations! The pork skirt steak is not something we would have ordered but it was amazing!! We truly enjoyed the overall experience!

In A Nutshell: -Lightkeepers is a restaurant at Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne. - If you choose the breakfast buffet, you only pay under $50 for the AYCE so you can eat better so much you can. - I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets that have a little time, but worth the wait you want to order 2x. - In addition to the omelets you can choose a beautiful selection of eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, cereals pastries. - The price is steep for AYCE, but if you do a la carte you can end up paying more. Overall, it is still a very nice restaurant serving delicious food.
Food was excellent! Service was just as good. They could add some more vegitarian items.
The most beautiful spot . Great atmosphere and incredible staff. Love all the servers, bartenders and managers. I am in many venues and an happy to say this is the best!

Located inside of the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne the Lightkeeper it’s a place to be. I had this on my bookmarks even though I’ve been here before because I always want to visit it again and again. What I loved about this restaurant is how ample and comfortable it is either if you seat inside with the huge places with tables or if you sit outside. The service here is always marvelous, this is not my first time here and I always liked the service. The food is simply amazing, my favorite were the empanadas, they had lamb and chorizo and the taste was wondrous. They were fried to perfection and the taste was superior. The drinks we had were excellent as you can see on my pictures It’s beautiful to come here during the night but because I’ve been here during the day, I can tell you that it’s even better because you can see the pool and even the water on the beach in front of you.
