Feedback
This little place will polarise people. The food is traditional and the gravy made from scratch, but it's not super salty cardboard box gravy with MSG like they serve in pubs, it's real gravy made with love just like grandma's. The apple sauce for my pork was slightly sticky and spiced lightly with cinnamon, the pork was tender and a generous serve and the roast veggies were soft rather than crisp, but otherwise flavoursome. There was also a reasonable serve of pork crackling - not fatty and just about perfect. But it comes at a price - was a tad over $28 for the dinner roast and a small Coke. If you crave spicy zingy food, this place won't do it for you, but if you remember grandma's Sunday roast and wish she was still around, this is probably as close as you'll ever get.
