At first glance, it is a beautiful building. But the room totally scared me, so it's not a hotel, it's a pension! The carpet in my room has several spots, in the bathroom were still hair from the predecessor. Fabrics and dust are also part of the agenda. I had morning pain from the night when it was a massive hard mattress! But what I find very rude, I complained to the restaurant next door and nothing has been done!... View all feedback.
The good reviews are not comprehensible for us. First, we were standing outside the door. The note and a call number for the check-in at the door. Nice and hospitable would be a prior information. Check in then takes place using code and key box. Very impersonal. The room was all right, very hard mattress. Breakfast (for 12.50 euros, time should be actively asked via WhatsApp) was a joke and basically rather an inconsistency. Baking rolls of the cheapest variety, poor coffee, 2 varieties of tea and a minimal selection of coating. In addition, hospitality was not much to feel. The door in the breakfast area just stayed up (at all 4 degrees), otherwise also little interest in the guest. I can't say much about the place. Just one night there. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3
The hotel is a bit off but very nice at the Havel. The rooms are very small and tastefully decorated. I'm sorry. The bathroom is also very small but it works everything and it is clean. My children and I had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel. The old farm was completely restored and refreshed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. In the hall, coffee and tea are ready for the perfect start in the day! The very friendly staff has often inquired about our satisfaction: it has not missed us! The optional breakfast in the “Cantina” next door was very delicious. Due to the high temperatures, the employees have only designed “less” refrigerated goods, but if necessary they have been refurbished at any time. Great that was so thoughtful here! There are NOT Comfort here! COMPETITION OVERVIEW AND ABZOCKE! Why can this subclassic descending hotel be called?? It was a godly only one-night NEGATIVE PROCESS! NIE WHAT!! The standard offered here is BRANDENBURG from its darkest side!! And unbelievably the room prices here for not!! ... No fridge, no air conditioning, no restoration offers, no room service, mega bad WLAN, no reception! TIEFSTE STEINZEIT on FUTORIST WORKERS! I'm sorry. I can only advise anyone to support this ABZOCKE in this small Haveldorf! The area is very nice here, but this Pissbude is a pawn spot for tourist advertising!! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
We were here for brunch and as always we were very satisfied. Very nice and family atmosphere.
