I always enjoy a delicious meal at this restaurant. The salt and pepper chips are absolutely fantastic.
Great food. But who on earth does not have a card payment facility in their establishment these days. Seriously if the food was ok I would have turned and walked out. This should be a 5 stat review if it was based on the food alone.
Great food but more importantly their delivery drivers are the best! Very considerate of family homes with children sleeping, knock quietly and do not cause a fuss! Great team
I had the best Chinese food ever at this restaurant. It was my first time trying it and I was really pleased with my order. The food was very delicious and it arrived quickly and hot. The delivery driver was friendly and the Teriyaki Wok Noodles were highly recommended. They were so good!
Best Chinese takeaway I've had in a long time. You know how sometimes takeaway food is just warm? Not this meal, food still hot even after driving home. Fantastic value for money and nice big portions. Loved it!

Ordered a takeaway from Ken Sing in Rothwell, for delivery. On time and the food was the best. Teriyaki chicken is beautiful, Singapore noodles are lovely and spicy and the chicken in the curry Is so tender. Best Chinese takeaway yet. Well done, will deffo be back
My husband ordered two beef curries and two portions of chips he brought home upon eating 1/4 of mine I noticed something in it upon a exam it was piece of wire I phoned them up straight away they said put meal in containers and will pick it up with a refund the driver arrived five minutes layer and I showed him he said it piece of wire what chef cleans his wok out .the wire was sharp at 1.5 cm I have given them a week for a apology but nothing that if I had eaten it very dangerous No more ken sing for my family not with metal in it
Really bad customer service, get your order wrong and tried to say it wasn't their fault. Really worries me that I specifically asked for plain chicken as i cannot have gluten. Battered chicken was sent as the chef decided that he knew my allergy better than myself (its ok we don't use gluten but I have used wheat flour). Impossible to get a refund but i have have vouchers off my next order, No thanks I wont be ordering from you ever again. Would not recommend using for a take away
With many Chinese takeaways closed due to Covid 19 this was one of the few I could find that would deliver to our village and boy am I glad they do. I ordered the food hoping that it would be ok, but what arrived was simply delicious. The sweet and chicken balls, was a little misdescribed as they are not balls, but I don't care, they use proper chicken breast, not reconstituted chicken which I dislike. The mixed curry was full of flavout and beautifully cooked meats, and the spring roll was encased in the crustiest, least oily batter I have ever had before. So impressed that we ordered again the following week and again the food was outstanding. Their delivery charge is a little on the high side, but trust me it is worth it.
Wakey, wakey, it’s not the 70’s..! What a joke! We visited here to pick up a takeaway on New Year’s Eve for 16 family members. Ordered over the phone, no problem..45 mins later went to collect, only to be told cash only!! REALLY! At least tell us when we ordered. We were instructed to go and buy a drink at the pub and ask for cash back. Insult to injury. STOP TAX AVOIDANCE AND GET WITH THE REAL WORLD..!! Shocking . Thanks ken sing for ruining our family evening

Usually very good but Christmas Eve meal dreadful, slow poor quality with parts of our order missing. An example of a great business taking on far too many orders and making a dreadful mess of itself. It's a shame as it has put us off a bit, would have rather the phone has been off the hook and they retained their usual quality, avoid during these periods. Food: 2 Service: 3

Chicken noodle soup is very nice, Definitely the best Chinese takeaway place in Rothwell. The man at the ordering station is always very kind and has an upbeat tone. Totally recommended. Sat 11th March, ordered online £34 worth of food, ordered at 7:25pm it’s just been delivered at 8:54pm no good when a 7 year old and a 4 year old need to eat before bed, need to let it settle first. Just way too long, for a 5 item order. Service: Delivery

I tried this place a few times. eating is in order, but I found it lacking taste and was always a little disappointing. not since over a year back.
Take a great little. good food, good portions, good prices, good variety. very smiling girls take their order. the taste indiens could learn a lot.
Only Chinese we will buy, everything ordered hot, tasty and perfect every time. Staff friendly and helpful and very accommodating to individuals needs. Won't go anywhere else.
Significantly improved since I last went a couple of years ago. The food used to be mediocre but now it tastes great. The good old favourite Ken Sing Special Chow Mein is actually a tasty dish now.
