Reviews summary
This busy service station offers spotless toilets and a well-stocked M&S food section, though prices may be on the high side. While the staff is generally friendly, service can be inconsistent; customers have reported issues with open hours and unhelpful cashiers. The temporary toilets and subpar tea have disappointed some, while others praised individual staff members for their exceptional support. Conveniently, free parking is available, making it a good stop, but the absence of showers and fluctuating shop hours are notable drawbacks. Overall, it's a mixed experience, with room for improvement in service and communication.

The cashier at the restaurant was extremely unhelpful and refused to authorize the use of the adblue pump for my van, claiming it was only for HGVs. They claimed the nozzle was different, but I have used similar pumps at other stations for my commercial vehicle with no problems. If this is their policy, they should have clear signage.
This service station is typically busy. The toilets were spotlessly clean. They also sell M&S food here, but like most service stations, the prices are quite high.
Free parking is available for 5-7 cars, making it a convenient stop for a break from 9-11. The toilets are clean, but there is no shower available. The fuel was not drained on 07/28/2023.

The men's restroom is filthy and unpleasant, as the surfaces feel dirty when touching anything to wash their hands.
I had a terrible experience with a female cashier at the restaurant. She was a brunette with long false fingernails. I bought some items and realized that the reduced price was not applied. When I pointed it out, she said she would take care of it and asked me to swipe my card at the machine for reimbursement. After doing so, I ended up paying three times for the items. It was a frustrating experience. I ended up writing a complaint about it.
