We ordered a couple of pizzas, and the tip was automatically included in our bill. It feels misleading to label it as a tip since it applies regardless of service and is charged before the food is ready. A more accurate description would be to state that there is a 20% markup on all orders exceeding $50.

I recommend trying a pizza with red sauce; we had the ranch sauce pizza, which was good, but I think a red sauce pizza would have been even more flavorful.

I ordered two $28 pizzas online and included a 10% tip, which I thought was reasonable for a pickup order. However, when I went to collect my order, I was taken aback to find that they had automatically applied a 20% gratuity for orders exceeding $50. I was frustrated by this additional charge for takeout. To make matters worse, when I requested to remove the original 10% tip I had included, they informed me that it was not possible. In the end, I ended up paying a staggering 30% tip for a pickup order. I would suggest exploring other local pizza options if you can.
