Yesterday evening (12/28/23) we stopped by and bought 2 burgers, quickly cooked them, but the taste and smell are terribly disgusting... They wanted to solve this problem, we were offered to give them the burgers, they would throw out the cabbage and put in another (which was the problem) cabbage, but Because the cabbage and this sauce were all over the burger, it was not an option to climb all over the burger to take out all the cabbage and put new cabbage with a different sauce, it would have been just a blunder and even worse. The smell was as if something was sour and spoiled, the taste was sour, the cabbage itself was somehow watery. As a result, the workers said that they could not do anything, only if we buy two new burgers and throw these ones away, we simply threw 12 € in the trash and for 14 € we bought two burgers that were made completely differently, more carefully , the sauce is different, the cabbage is different and it was tasty, but even with such a situation that the first two burgers tasted sour, spoiled, we were not offered any option, and for the next order they were not even offered a 10% discount, they only said “sorry, we we can't do anything
