I normally try to stay positive, friendly... read more Normally I don't have an issue, but from the time I attempted to place my order I guess the lady was having a bad day. I normally try to stay positive, friendly and upbeat in hopes I could give her a smile....but once I got to the window, yeah Iwasn't the bigger person, I matched her energy and then some. The food was not even warm, because she chose to take 4 moreorders, fix all the drinks while Mt food was just inside the window.

When I tried to place my order, the girl told me to stop yelling over the intercom, but I wasn’t yelling—I only spoke because no one responded when I first tried. The service was unacceptable. Honestly, this is the best Kershaw, S.C. has to offer? The menu might be good, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I’m giving Bojangles' just one star because that’s all they deserve. I don’t understand how this place has a 3-star rating when so many people have had similar negative experiences. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I worked at this Bojangles' location for five years under Lori's management, and if anyone had treated customers with such disrespect and rudeness, they would h... read more I worked at this Bojangles' location for five years under Lori's management, and if anyone had treated customers with such disrespect and rudeness, they would have been fired immediately. The current employees and management seem to dislike the very fact that you're there, making you feel like a nuisance. It's really disappointing, and I don’t plan to return.
