Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We like thin crust pizza. Always had a good pizza here. Just had a pizza and the crust was so thin couldn't even hold the slice without it dropping off the toppings. Used to be a decent thin crust now it's paper thin. Bad, bad, very disappointing.

This was my second time ordering from this restaurant. I had to wait 20 minutes because the staff were in training and prioritizing orders. It was strange that they didn't start making the pizza until the customers arrived to pick it up. The pizza was missing ingredients and there were no instructions included. I called four times to ask for instructions but did not receive an answer. I finally found the instructions online. The pizza was delicious, but I will not be ordering from them in the future due to the poor service.

We recently moved to Texas and have been a fan of Papa Murphy's for years, even though it wasn't available in our previous state. I was thrilled to see a location here and decided to order a large pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage pizza, and 5 cheesebread. The food was delicious! The customer service was excellent - I was greeted as soon as I entered, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. We will definitely be returning!

The service at this restaurant is always consistent, but unfortunately the $10 lunch specials have been affected by inflation. However, the quality has not been compromised. This is my go-to spot for pizza when we're hungry in Kerrville.
