Burger King - Kernersville

This place is just horrible I had to wait more than 20 minutes for food in the drive thru!

I bought a whopper combo. Sat in the drive thru line for 20mins. Burger was wrong. They forgot to bring the drink which was a Dr. Pepper. The were put of asked for sweet tea instead they brought me unsweetened tea. Also the did not give me my receipt. I tried to call the store for 30 mins. Busy

Had a short road trip on Sunday for a little business. On the way back we decided to stop in and grab some lunch. The place wasn 't very busy so we thought this was a good time to get in, eat and get back on the road. We ordered 2 Whoppers combos because let 's face it, that sandwich is the best!! Recieved our cups to go get our drinks and the area at the drink machine had an awful sour smell. There was a wet floor sign that made me think they had just mopped but that wasn 't the case. When we walked away from the wet floor area our shoes were sticking to the floor. Apparently there was a drink spill and it appeared that instead of mopping it up they just placed the sign there. Once our order was ready we sat down to eat and a few bites into my Wife 's Whopper she saw a Black and Gray hair. SICKENING!!!We didn 't cause a scene, we just folded up our food and tossed it in the trash. On my way out I asked for the manager to speak with me off to the side. I explained everything to her and, although she was polite, she gave me the impression that either she didn 't care or that this happens often and she was use to it because she acted as if it wasn 't a big deal.Glad we don 't travel out that way often.

It was just an okay visit for me. Took forever to come to the speaker in the drive thru. When we ordered, they couldn't get it right. Got to the window, had to wait. All I can say is the food was hot. Staff was rude and very nonchalant

Severely understaffed (which isn't 100% their fault). They close early due to this issue. Pull everyone forward to give you your food in the drive thru even though there will be absolutely no one in line behind you. Why pull people up away from the window if no one else is in line? Notorious for getting orders wrong so be sure to check your bags before you leave.
