China Palace - Kernersville

Review update: Still my favorite! I love China Palace! Excellent hidden gem! Love how tasty the food is here! I go as often as I can. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been eating at China Place since the day they opened. It is the best Chinese food we have ever eaten. We celebrate every birthday and special occasion at China Palace. With 35 plus years of sharing meals with dozens of family members and friends, it is still our favorite restaurant of all time. A big shout out to the new owner and staff who continues to make us feel like family with each wonderful meal!

We just moved to Kernersville, where we lived before finding a great Chinese restaurant was an impossibility. We now found the place. This reminded us of our favorite place years ago but no longer is opened. We will not only be back but will definitely highly recommend it.

The first time I came here, I wasn’t a fan. Decided to try it again and was still not impressed. I ordered the chicken and broccoli through DoorDash and in the picture it shows that it comes with white rice, so naturally, I thought that it came with white rice. There were no options to choose what kind of rice you would like. It came with fried rice. When I called to ask why I didn’t get white rice they said “oh it comes with fried rice, idk why the picture shows that”. Never offered to remake it or fix it or anything. Also, I feel their portion sizes are much smaller than other Chinese restaurants, especially for the price.
