Today they gave me not only my wrong order, but I waited 40 minut... read more I enjoy coffee, I am relying on a good cup coffee to begin my day, especially when I am tired. Today they gave me not only my wrong order, but I waited 40 minutes to get my right order. Now, I don't care how I understand that they are busy and try to get commanded, but at least they give me the biggest cup I would like to drink after I waited for so long.

A 20-ounce hot drink here is the same size as a venti, and I would have been charged the same price if you had given me all of that drink.

Th... read more We came here for the first time on our way to go fishing at the mendota slew's. We decided that we were going to have some coffee and a pastry for breakfast. The morning employees and their service was really nice they were very friendly and polite.We decided to come back through the drive-thru on our way home we had about an hour drive. My husband and I and our threeteenagers ordered they got our order wrong, but they were really nice and polite in correcting it. All in all we would stillcome back to this Starbucks on our way to go fishing again.
