Wanted to try KFC here in Kerman for first time, ordered a 8pc with two large sides. Got home, and what I got was moldy biscuits and 2day old of chicken, asked for original and still waited for 15 minutes to have all original. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst service I have experienced how do you run out of biscuits ? Ask if they could give us something else in replace since it was included in the large meal . Carolina was rude said she could only give cookies. When wego home our meal was not what we had ordered. They wouldn?t answer there phone. Never going back again
If I could give this a zero I would. After not going to our local KFC for over 4 years due to bad customer service we decided to try the one in the adjoining town. We both had the chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was so over cooked that my husband wasnot able to eat his and was too discouraged to try anything else. Mine was also very overcooked and hard. We decided no more KFCfor us.
It was a Thursday 5:45pm. My order totaled $28.92 they told me they could not break a $100 bill.... What food business cannot break a $100 just before dinner. This Kerman KFC is Not customer friendly the food gets greaser greaser.
I change my rating from 5 stars to 1. All the reviews are right they are rude at this kfc and you should check your order before you leave.

The nuggets were decent in taste. There was a mix-up with my order, but they rectified the mistake and provided good customer service.
The chicken was too salty, and the biscuits were crushed. However, we still ate it and managed by removing the overly salty coating.
The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The biscuits are always a standout for me. I would rate it a perfect 10/10, truly "finger-licking good."

I've consistently had issues with this restaurant. They rarely include sauces with their chicken strips, even when I pay extra. On one occasion, I received cookies that were broken in half. The food always takes a long time to prepare, and the management and service leave much to be desired. Each employee seems confined to their specific role, which causes problems with the drive-thru and often results in incorrect orders.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The service was the worst I have ever encountered. How can they run out of cookies? We asked if they could provide a different option as a substitute since it was part of our meal, but Carolina ungraciously told us they could only give cookies. When we got home, we discovered that our order was wrong, and they refused to rectify it. We will not be returning.
