This was by far one of the worst places I’ve ever been to the customer service is terrible and they completely messed my order up I would definitely not recommend you to ever step foot in this place. This is my second visit to Blue Turtle Express since they opened, and I can see how far they've come since their launch. I really appreciate the new dishes and the expanded menu they've introduced over time. I'll definitely be coming back more often now!
It’s a calm, modern trendy music playing in the background, clean environment. I didn’t know that they sell purified water here, I have been drinking and getting the water for about 8 months. I get their 12oz Lime shaved ice, it’s all good.

It's a good place to get water and shaved flavored ice.
Love this place but the lids tend to pop off and my cup has broken in my cup holder multiple times, Other than that issue the flavor options are great the employees are always amazing. I recommend the Caramel Mocha Blast !
