Die Einrichtung ist warm und stylisc. Einzig der Service ist noch nicht ganz geschliffen. Aber der Rest, das Fleisch war einfach ein Traum.

Trifft meinen Geschmack voll und ganz, dabei auch immer ein paar einfallsreiche Kreationen des Chefkochs. Ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, an das Restaurant grenzt einen kleinen Stall mit Hasen, Ziegen etc. (die sind nicht zum Essen gedacht :-) ), was auch für Kinder ein toller Blickfang ist. Man riecht von dem Stall übrigens nichts, aber kann durch ein kleines Fenster vom Restaurant aus reinschauen. Im Restaurant is die Einrichtung sehr behaglich. Es wirkt so ein bisschen wie im Toscana-Urlaub. Dem Koch kann man bei der Arbeit zuschauen. Draußen der Biergarten ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Auch das Personal ist sehr nett, man leidet keinen Durst :-). Komme gerne wieder.

Unfortunately we had a small miscommunication with our German min-slot of a dark beer, from a bottle of alcohol-free malt beer. a few sips and our waitress have changed it graciously. the salatbar offered a beautiful selection of fresh zeggies. all crispy and the local house dressing made a beautiful task, highlighting the aromen the pork medallions were beautifully spiced and delicate. the pfeffer sauce has added a beautiful taste. it was a good part, not too big, but safe enough to satisfy the hunger. I thought the fries were perfect. wonderfully crisp and full of taste. the turkey breast jamaika style was a bit a miss. it was okay but so much better on the menu. the paste above was very fragrant but seemed to be added after cooking the truthahns in the run of the process. the menu listed honey as ingredient, but we couldn't taste it. the flesh was a little dry. beautiful taste, but the dry turkey needed a soak to bring them to life. a beautiful part of the turkey breast safe. there were many interesting sounding elements on the menu. hopefully next time will align the description and taste!
