The service was f... read more I hadn't been to IHop in decades and was pleasantly surprised by the changes to the menu. I ordered Pancakes and Eggs and they were delicious! The service was fantastic and the menu had a wide variety of options. The food was not your typical diner fare, but incredibly tasty. The portions were generous, so I was able to take leftovers home. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would give it 10 stars!

I don't even know what you guys did to this bacon to make it taste so bad it's like it's been sitting around since yesterday like really how do you ruin bacon. Pre cooked bacon in the dry sections of supermarkets taste better then what I ate. Don't waste your time eating here a child could cook better food for you. cooks and staff should be ashamed to give this food to customers. Obviously the new management is just as bad or worse then the last ones

The only issue is the music that is played during breakfast hours, which is usually classical and opera and can be unbearable. Despite this, the location, food, and staff are all top-notch. Special thanks to our waiter Alex and the attentive manager with medium/long black hair who always makes us feel welcome.

The place is wide open, food as delicious as always, but Will made a difference in service, we had two special needs, and he was extremely patient and empathetic. He was always attentive to our needs. His attitude was more as a team leader. He should be a manager and/or coach for other IHOPs. Things will be better. Thank you, Will!

The food was... read more We ordered food for Father’s Day today and it was the worst food we ever had . It says under new management, smh, they need to go out of business! The food was cold, some not even cooked enough, had to reheat everything and 2 dinners had to be thrown away because it was eggs. My mom got chicken crepes that use to be on the menu but now are not, however, the server said they could still make it. The crepes were barely cooked they tasted and looked like soggy noodles, there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and she didn’t even get the sauces she asked for yet they charged us! The mozzarella sticks were hard and the cheese wasn’t melted like a mozzarella stick should be and the marinara sauce was cold and tasted old and sour. They didn’t even cut the stems off the spinach I had to pull it out…and lastly, my sons pancakes were so overly dry he didn’t even want to eat them and they were chocolate! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never eat here again! Thanks for ruining our Father’s Day dinner!! $65 down the drain I should of gone to McDonald’s at least the food would of been decent!!
