The egg rolls and poo... read more I have always had a great experience at this restaurant, but today was a disappointments. The food was extremely overcooked and dried out. The egg rolls and poopoo platter were both dry and lacking in meat. The vegetable egg foo young was also disappointing, with an overwhelming amount of broccoli and no other vegetables. I was very disappointed with my meal and will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I was at the counter and the person taking orders over the phone seem to have issues with the callers. He sounded very rude and when I he gave me my food he just put it up on the counter and walked away. Very disrespectful in my eyesight. Terrible. I gave it a 2 just for the food. Also the lady standing up there never turned around to acknowledge me and when she went to get something from the back, she never even looked my way to even say hello. I work in a restaurant and we have fantastic customer service. They suck.

Portion is just right. Price is reasonable. Delivery takes a while... Pick up would be the best option. Customer service is terrible. Ordered via phone and a lady picks up and takes my order hangs up on me after getting my 1st choice. I called back and so I ask her why she did that while I was still talking. She did not apologized she just kept saying what's your order. I wanted to be clear with my order to prevent mistakes but she was still in a rush.

Have ordered in the past food is ok. So I get a call after I place my order for someone there to tell me $3 dollar tip is not enough. I hang up. He calls again to tell me we got disconnected and he wanted to again let me know that $3 is not enough. I told him cancle my order he hangs up. Then he calls again to ask me if I'm sure I want cancle. Stated yes and hung up! Will never order from there again only reason I do it becuase they sell half fried chicken with French fries. Top of it they want to charge you $2 delivery fee.
