What User doesn't like about Dobson's Distillery:
The gin tasting was enjoyable, with the product being exceptional. The facilitator was pleasant, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service during the tasting. However, the background music was unnecessarily loud, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Would give this six stars of I could. Wonderful friendly personalised service, fantastic personalities, great wine suggestion, picturesque location and amazing atmosphere.To top it off the food was the best I have ever had. We shared the ploughmans lunch between 3 for only $55 which was huge and so varied. All local produce and so very tasty. Desserts sounded amazing but we were too full.Will be going back again for sure. Worth the drive just to go to this place.
The tagline is 'not for everyone ' and this is true. To the delicate,: keep moving. To everyone else: this place is fabulous. Great spirits, but more importantly, an interesting story.

When they travel through the opposite, it is worth stopping dobsons. quirky small distillery that has a budding character. gin vodka tastes absolutely amazing.
Pay for tastings….. no signage inside or outside the premises to this effect….. as far as I remember any winery/ distillery I have been to ,were always upfront re costings …. Hardly the mark of a confident distiller/ winemaker….
