Every time I have ordered from them through DoorDash, something has been messed up, whether it's the bread, meat, or vegetables. I have come to believe that if I order online, it will not be what I wanted. The food is great when dining in person, so it doesn't make sense why there are always mistakes with online orders.

It is a wonderful place to order from if you are fluent in Spanish, but not as simple if you only speak English. Due to our masks and the partitions between us, the staff and I had some difficulty communicating, exacerbated by a language barrier.

While I understand it is their decision, I will not be returning for future purchases with or without a coupon. Additionally, I don't think the no tip touch button actually works, so you have to manually select the red x button on the keypad to proceed. The lack of attention to customer service is disappointing. Furthermore, they were out of most of the promotional items such as the foot long cookie, pretzel, and churro. Overall, it was not worth the visit. I would suggest finding another Subway location to dine at.

Nothing is the same, including the unfriendly employees I keep encountering during my recent visits. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location.
