I ordered some Subway sandwiches online from the Subway on W. Meeker St. before arriving to pick them up. When I got there, I saw that someone had crashed their vehicle into the store. Despite the chaos, my order was ready and the sandwiches were delicious! The staff managed to get orders out to customers and customer service was still a priority. The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. There is a girl who always works during lunchtime and she is incredibly rude, giving Subway a bad reputation. I have been a loyal customer at this Subway for years, but because of her, I no longer go there. I made the mistake of going back today and she was still working there. The man working at night wearing glasses should find a new job because Safeway is clearly not the right fit for him. He came in looking upset when I used a coupon, but still ordered another sandwich without one. He began complaining that I was taking too long, as if making sandwiches was not his responsibility. He slammed the bread down for the first order and gave off a bad attitude.
For years the sandwich I order is not an option for delivery or pickup online, I have to call for pickup or go there. Today when I call to order, no one answers and it goes to voicemail. I haven't been feeling well and this was the only thing that sounded good, but I guess I'll have to find something else...
Crazy expensive. $20 for just two six inch sandwiches and two bags of chips!
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and the location is fantastic, with great convenience.
No good customer service, I'd give zero stars .Avoid the his place.
