Starbucks - Kent

Ordered two chocolate chip cookies and they were very old and tasted like they sat in the display case for a couple days...?

Starbucks store number 5178 in Kent near the car wash. I was so disappointed today July 15 when I asked for aventy pike double cup. It was very tasty however when I checked my bank account I was charged the double. Usually aventy pike cost is $3.58 but the dark skin young lady with long braded hair charged me $6.89. I called the store not asking for refund but why she did that and I was shocked. She give my order but there was NO SUCH A BIKE order in the system the amount $6.89 was for something else. I thanked the lady who talked to me and told her I am not asking for refund just to approve my self I am not scammer but being scammed by this young lady. I can do more since I have my dash cam showing everything but life is hard and she did it for some reason. So please ask for receipt because this might happen to you as well.

Clearly order light ice. Looks like she filled it all the way to the top just for fun. I know you don't loose anything because of this. It sucks, I will not be back.

The Lavender Frappe felt like it had enough lavender flavor, which is great, but it wasn't complex enough to drink that much of.

I asked for no ice and even it said on the order no ice in my drink and they proceeded to add ice in my drink this has happened several times already.
