The floors were sticky, and the mirrors were covered in handprints. From my experience traveling, if the bathrooms are this dirty, it’s best to avoid ordering food there.

Come here for the gas and the snacks they ship in. DO NOT ORDER THE FOOD.

Fortunately, the manager on duty (October 7, 2022, after 8 PM) was very understanding and offered to remake my order for free. Having my receipt and the uneaten food helped support my complaint, making the process smooth. The food quality was good, but compared to Sheetz’s usual reputation, even the remade meal felt slightly below average. Despite this, I’ll likely order from here again, thanks to the manager’s humility and strong customer service. I hope errors like mine become less frequent in the future. Judging by other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had similar issues with the staff.

They charged us extra for sauces but deliberately left them out. This is completely unacceptable, especially when they expect us to pay $1.00 for each sauce.
