Popped
Description
Nestled in a small town, Popped offers a unique blend of homemade chocolates and popcorn that draws mixed reactions from patrons. While many rave about the rich caramel corn and friendly service, others express dissatisfaction with certain flavors and perceived value. Highlights include the popular cheddar and kettle popcorn, which leaves a lasting impression on visitors. However, concerns over empty candy machines and subpar buttered popcorn have tarnished some experiences. Overall, Popped holds charm for families and gift shoppers, promising a cozy atmosphere and delectable treats—but with room for improvement in selection and consistency.

I feel like I was taken advantage of when a 10-year-old used a 50-cent candy machine that was completely empty. The glass panels were cleverly covered, making it look like a "mystery prize, everyone wins!" It's such a scam because no one actually won anything. Additionally, it seems reasonable to expect that the machine shouldn’t be left completely empty before being refilled. The kid at the counter didn’t seem to care at all.
This restaurant is a total disappointment! The buttered popcorn is mediocre at best. Why make such a big deal out of it if they’re just going to skimp on the butter and seasoning? I could find better popcorn at Walmart. It feels like businesses are using Covid-19 as an excuse to take advantage of loyal customers. We actually turned around during our trip to return the popcorn and get our money back. Lesson learned. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time enjoying snacks from Popped this week and are definitely planning to go back for more. Our family's favorite was the Caramel Corn with Peanuts. We were pleasantly surprised by the Firehouse Caramel Corn, which had a nice touch of subtle spice. The service was friendly, and the staff offered great recommendations based on our preferences.
Great place with a wide selection of unique popcorn flavors. The staff were friendly and courteous.
