The food was good and the service was fast. There was plenty of parking available. It was surprising to be charged for tea at a dim sum restaurant, but the fee wasn't high.

I would not recommend ordering the spicy chicken with garlic sauce at this restaurant. The dish is not actually spicy and is mostly vegetables with only 4 small pieces of chicken. The service is average, with the waitress appearing annoyed and rushing patrons to order. Additionally, the food arrives within 5 minutes, but only warm and not hot, suggesting that it may not be freshly prepared.

The food we had really wasn't all that good. The amount they're charging doesn't reflect the quality they are providing. They don't have fountain drinks and you have to buy individual cans of soda while there. The water tasted like pretty harsh tap water and I think they could also do better than that by adding a water softener or filter. I've had a lot of good Chinese food in my life and unfortunately, this place wasn't one of those places. I hope they take this as motivation to improve the quality of their food and not as me just being mean. The service was friendly but they also weren't very attentive as they could have been and seemed a bit overly assertive for us to order promptly. The atmosphere was overly generic, a bit laissez flair, and I think they could have improved upon it. Overall, I think they have a lot of room to improve upon and I do hope they do so.

Food was delicious. Dim Sum and cart service quick access to food. Might not look brand new but clean and comfortable is all I need.
