When tried contacting them via the phone no one is picking up.It is a shame that kenko management has not trained their employees proper food preparation/customer service skills.

Dino is a god in making sushi and should be put on master chef with these skills. The vibe is immaculate in Kenko and if I went anywhere else I would simply burn up because I’m not consuming kenko food.

I went today and got the crab salad like I have been getting every single time for about 4 years now. Usually the imitation crab is very finely shredded. Today it was in large chunks.. it was also very dry and tough. Almost tasted like it had been dehydrated and rehydrated, but not 100%... it was pretty disappointing:
