Every time we order from this location we have at least have our orders incorrect tonight was no different. The bread tastes stale and the orders were made wrong. Tonight was the last time we will order from the East Greenwich RI location. Such a shame View all feedback.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian bread. Instead I got a steak and cheese with bacon on cheese bread. When I went back in they said they could not refund me, were very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this location. Absolutely disgusting that I spent $16 and didn’t get a penny back for their mess up. I will be calling for a manager tomorrow.
The general manager Areeg was so insanely kind and patient with us and made a delicious sandwich for us to enjoy. definitely will be coming back.
Just spent 20 of my 30 mins I get for lunch watching them work on pick up orders while the line for in store orders grew. Thanks for not allowing me lunch today as I. Now have to go back to work without eating. I suggest adding another employee for Togo only and focusing on customers in line moving forward.

Good food but to expensive and management wants you to tip to so they can pay employees less. No thank you
