I walk in and outside are a number of people smoking who turn out to be staff. Not very nice or professional. The inside is lovely and conducive to a great atmosphere. The gentleman taking our drinks order was knowledgeable and used the best tonic (Fevertree). Menu for food was all very tempting (not sure AA Gill was on about being limited for the type of meat). Freshest ingredients prepared simply and elegantly. Just delicious. Clearly run by people with a passion for good, honest food, very reasonably priced. A real gem.
We celebrated our 40th anniversary at Wolfe. Despite some teething difficulties both the food and the service were outstanding. The burrata with truffle oil was really exquisite and the lamb delicious. Highly recommend.
Small cosy restaurant with fresh food, impeccable and kind service, the menu has a small selection but everything we tried was very good. We loved the quality of the products and the light simple combinations I will definitely go back
Really fantastic neighbourhood restaurant. Menu changes daily and is reassuringly small: whatever inspires Wolfe... Try it. You'll love it.
There are much better restaurants in Notting Hill than Wolfe. We were drawn in by the excellent reviews , though I now suspect they were completed by family and friends. There were no positives to our visit, just negatives:
