What WillLondonParis doesn't like about Pret A Manger:
Service not good at all. Massive queue all the time and toilet always closed. What a joke , it is so many coffee places around where you can get a great breakfast and a good customer service. View all feedback. What Giorgio B likes about Pret A Manger:
We decided to dine at Pret à Manger this time because we found some available seating compared to other crowded nearby restaurants. It turned out to be a convenient visit for us. read moreNestled in South Kensington, this Pret à Manger branch offers a mixed bag of experiences for visitors. While the food, from baguettes to coffee, often receives positive remarks, service quality leaves much to be desired. Many diners report long queues and encounters with aloof or rude staff. Compounding the frustrations are ongoing restroom issues, with toilets frequently closed or inaccessible. Despite these setbacks, some patrons appreciate the cozy atmosphere and convenient seating, enjoying their meals without interruption. While loyal customers may return for the food, the uneven service might dissuade new visitors from making it their go-to spot.
