The afternoon tea for two at Bentley costs £50 with a deal, while the regular price is £40 each. The service at Bentley is excellent and the ambiance is lovely. The staff, service, and afternoon tea were lovely. However, the room lacked atmosphere and felt soulless. The rest of the hotel is luxurious and a pleasure to visit, but this particular room had poor lighting and unappealing decorations. Despite this, the staff and dining experience were exceptional. I would still recommend visiting in the afternoon. View all feedback.
