The quality of this chip has been downhill for months. The food is always cold and tastes so pale. Really disappointed because I went to this for a little under 10 years. I don't know if there is a new cook, but please begin to season your food! View all feedback.
As with pretty much every Chipotle I?ve been to this one is inconsistent in its service. It?s not the worst but could be better. We always order online and pickup. On more than one occasion they have forgotten one of our side orders. Still waiting on the response from my customer service feedback?
The service was decent. I generally like the bowl with double meat and extra cilantro. Barbacoa and steak or barbacoa and pork. Guacamole for some avacado etc. The tea is usually unsweetened which is good. The bowl is better for gluten intolerant. For lectin sensitive , skip the tomato salsa's and beans . I would also skip the corn due to GMO and glyphosate spraying issue. The queso is good if cow milk milk lectins doesn't bother you. The chips I believe are also corn so similar issues here. Asie from those issue, I think the food is pretty good
In and out of the 3 people I saw working, only the 1 woman has actually put together a food order. He asked the guy what was going on because everyone went out and he said they weren't on foot serving as they were short staff. Why do you have your doors open? Why not communicate?
I just received my pick up order, I was in a rush and I was hungry. The first error that I noticed was white rice instead of brown. As I'm eating, I noticed that they also only put chicken and rice in the burrito... I didn't get any steak, guacamole, beans, tomato, sour cream and cheese. And I paid for that. Lady on the phone said that if we gonna come back, they can remake it, but I didn't have time for that. I was planning to pick up the food and continue my schedule. Then she said she's not able to do anything with that. I am really disappointed.
