Benchmark Pizzeria - Kensington

Yummy!! Located in a fancy residential area, this restaurant sits on a trendy corner of a traffic circle where you can smell the mouth-watering aroma from far away. (Parking is convenient in the surrounding neighborhoods). The pizza was straightforward and tasty. The restaurant was intimate and comfortable, offering a limited menu but everything was prepared perfectly. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in the area for me.

All around great food, service and ambience. Outdoor seating option is especially nice in good weather. Street parking, in this mini-commercial circular corner of lower residential Kensington, doors from the SemiFreddi 's retail shop.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant and the price per person ranged between $20 to $30. The food was excellent, receiving a 5-star rating from me. The service was also outstanding, with a rating of 5 stars. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, also earning a rating of 5 stars from me.

We highly recommend trying these dishes during your visit."

I'd love to give 4 stars because the food is so delicious. But the service, every time we've gone, is just so sub-par. The servers seem so distracted or confused. Parts of our order have been missing. Timing is off. It's strange. The food is so good but it's hard to keep returning when the service is so poor. Too bad.
