He was sending the customers without serving them. There were 30 minutes left for closing . I requested but he did not listened.

Very filthy store the window sills look like they have never been cleaned with a buildup of dust, crumbs, food wrappers and bug dirt. Kids ciabatta bun was rock hard to the touch so definitely not fresh. Employee who was making our orders was reluctant to add extra lettuce as we requested.
