This McDonald's is definitely one of the friendliest I have ever visited. The staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. I always feel comfortable waiting for my order here.
The classic McDonald's fries were deliciously crispy and hot. The burger was cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly and patient with me while I decided on my order.
We were looking for a waterfront restaurant and this one looked good. We checked out the menu in the morning and decided this was the one for us. When we got there they were out of everything we asked for. This was a friday night going into what should be there busy weekend. We had already ordered our drink so we finished and asked for our bill. Gave the waitress $10 for a $6 drink and she wanted to know if we wanted change.We won't be back and our family that lives in Kenora sure won't be taking guests there.
The walleye was tasty, mushroom soup was thick and gloppy, Reuben sandwich was good. Servers friendly and attentive.
We have dined at Cabin Jacks twice now, once in November and again in February. On both occasions, we were impressed with the delicious food and attentive service. The cozy atmosphere and reasonable prices also added to our enjoyable dining experience. We look forward to returning, perhaps when the weather is warmer so we can dine on the patio! :)
