We like this place very much. The food is very consistent. It is somewhat expensive. But anyplace will cost at least $10 per person these days. Here, if you pic... read more We like this place very much. The food is very consistent. It is somewhat expensive. But anyplace will cost at least $10 per person these days. Here, if you pick carefully, you can eat here for about $15. There are menu items that cost $11 13 15. Non alcoholic drinks are $3. Classic Burger is $10.99 and comes with a quality side. Half order of spaghetti is $11.99, comes with bread and is plenty for one person. Nice historic atmosphere without being too fussy. The last two times we have been here, the place is struggling. The kitchen can't keep up. When we arrived today, there was only 4 other tables with customers. We waited forever to get our food. Update Spring 2023: Things are about the same. Prices have not gone up. We still had quite a wait especially for a Monday night.

It made i... read more I had a shrimp pasta dish and it was very good. Our waitress was fabulous. My only concern is how loud the live guitar player was playing and singing. It made it almost impossible to have a dinner conversation. Maybe no microphone and an acoustic guitar instead?
