This is my favorite place to eat catfish. I'm from Kennett and used to go there all the time. I've moved away and don't get to go as often; sadly. All their food is GREAT and perfect sweet tea, like I was always used to. The fried catfish is tender andflakey/ perfectly seasoned. The hushpuppies are crisp and tender inside and the pickled green tomatoes are amazing!!! Oh andyummy fried pies too

Got the fish dinner. Fish, fries, hushpuppies, okra and sweet tea were good. The coke tasted bitter. The ketchup tasted off also. The biggest fail was the watery Mac n cheese. The waitress never checked to see how the meal went nor did the lady atcheck out. This is only the second time I ate there. First time was fish also. And we were very pleased. Don't exactly knowwhat has happened in the past couple of years but there has been a significant negative change. Would not recommend unless youMUST eat in kennett and you need a piece of fish.

This is my favorite place to eat cats. I'm a familiar man and I've been driving there again and again. I have moved away and I cannot go so often; sad. all their food is great and perfect sweet tea, as I was always used. the fried catfish is tender and flocky/ perfectly seasoned. the hushpuppies are crisp and delicate in the inner and the pickled green tomatoes are amazing! oh and delicious fried cakes too.
