So sad, I enjoyed this place every year. But after Saturday's experience I won't be back. A dirty fork, it happens. We understand, my companion understood. It wasn't a big deal until the waiter made it. Our food was delivered, and my friend asked for another fork. Who wants to use a dirty fork? She probably didn't make it stink. **Dining Experience** **Meal Type:** Dinner **Food Rating:** 5/5 **Service Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 4/5 I had a wonderful dinner experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 for its taste and quality. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was enjoyable too, though I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
Kennett has become like a second home to me after Plymouth. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. For lunch, I’d rate the experience as follows: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5, with an average cost of $20–30 per person.
As I got up to leave, I was confronted by four employees and the manager, who mistakenly assumed I hadn’t paid, possibly because I was the only person of color there. They asked if I had paid, and I calmly walked them to the bar to show them the cash. They tried to apologize for their aggressive approach, but I felt completely embarrassed. I asked for my change back and took exactly $15.99, as I felt they didn’t deserve anything more. The staff needs better training in hospitality.
