Kfc - KENNETT SQUARE

I ordered a five piece chicken strip with mash potatoes four of my chicken strips we’re not even cooked they were literally raw and one chicken strip was burntt my mashed potatoes tasted so old and my tea tasted like straight water safe to say I won’t be going back there

I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy meal but got a 2 piece instead because the cashier rang up the wrong item. Then when I got the food the chicken was old, dry and burnt. My fiancé went back in before we left and tried to get a refund and the manager on duty was rude stating that because of his attitude she would refuse the refund. One: you CANNOT refuse to refund an order because you and your staff messed up. Two: he had an attitude because the chicken was not even supposed to be placed in the box. Three: communicate better with your staff. Very poor service at this location

We love KFC but the last 2x we have gone, the chicken strips are fried too hard and they taste like burned grease... Pretty sure the grease needs to be changed out. Usually the chicken is delicious! The drive thru is all we use and the workers are always friendly and fast with items ordered.

Waited 35 minutes for service. They are completely unstaffed. Allow yourself plenty of extra time. The GM was there by herself. Also, the corn was dried out . I guess from sitting under a heated lamp so long. It was not a good experience.

Didn't have this put stuff on things you ask not tooAnd staff in back and had too yell at them if you need anything refill give the wrong chicken it was like they didn't know what to do but stay in backNot going there no more it's was like help didn't know what too do crazy
