Hants County Pub / Embers Pub

During our road trip through Nova Scotia, my family found ourselves in need of gas and a meal. We asked for recommendations at the gas station and were directed to The Pub, the only local option available. Despite its unassuming appearance, both inside and out, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Our group of 10 enjoyed a variety of delicious meals, including traditional Canadian and British dishes such as liver & onions, fish & chips, and poutine. The food was prepared to perfection and exceeded our expectations. We were impressed to find such a gem in a non-touristy area of Nova Scotia. If you ever find yourself hungry in Kennetcook, be sure to stop by The Pub.
