What User doesn't like about Sbarro:
Maybe it use to be great but YUK! I had one slice of cheese pizza. I did not like the pizza dough. I always remove the cheese because of dairy issue. I know cheese is important for most but I visit other places and get cheese free pizza and have found a few to be simply delicious, mouth watering, cant-wait-til-next-order slammin good. I had a wonderful dining experience! I ordered the spinach Stromboli combo along with a garden salad and a Sierra Mist, and the food was fantastic. However, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Quan and Pedro. Their connection to the armed services made my visit even more special, as I can relate to that experience myself. It’s always a pleasure to meet fellow soldiers, both past and present. I would definitely give this place a 5 out of 5 and would love to eat here again!
New York City-style pizza, but you have to put in some effort to get it. SLICE is available right from the display (NO REHEATING); it’s definitely a quicker experience than what ATLiens are used to. The garlic powder is a must—adds fantastic flavor. The Sbarro ranch sauce pairs perfectly with it. Delicious! And those BLAZING HOT jalapeños? They were amazing, but unfortunately, they’re no longer on the menu due to low sales.
Went there at 3:30 in the afternoon on Sunday 5/02. They were out of salads, the spaghetti noodles were dried out, wife had a slice of pizza with pieces of a burnt black substance on the bottom. Never again! Whoever runs that eatery should be FIRED! Employees acted like they didn't care! Hopefully things change after someone up the ladder reads this.
I was hesitant to order from here since the food isn?t ?fresh? it sits under a heat lamp for I don?t know how long. Then the customer service was very poor, the blonde girl who took my order wasn?t friendly at all and only spoke when absolutely necessary. I haven?t tried the food yet but I really don?t care how it tastes I?ll go to Charley?s next time.
