Are the dasher I have to say waiting over 15 minutes to then be told that I'll be waiting another half hour because they're currently an hour and 15 minutes behind on schedule. This place is inexcusably understaffed and the franchise owner should know better. View all feedback.
Ordered through the app. Found out the delivery was going to be made by Doordash. They were late. When the pizza arrived, it was cold. The order was incorrect. Ordered a Pan Pizza, received a hand-tossed pizza. Tried calling the store, kept getting disconnected after a few dozen rings. Finally contacted someone, asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up and called back. Eventually spoke to a manager (DAVE) who apologized and offered to credit my account back. Still have not seen the credit on my account.
Order was wrong from location food was cold by the time
I’ve only had a few issues with my order, and all seem to be recent issues.
5Stars!! Driver Russell brings your food as ordered, fast, fresh and still hot!! Much better than DD!
This was the WORST pizza ever. It was sooo dry, the ingredients seemed not fresh. The dough was tough. Never ordering or buying from Pizza Hut again.
