It was like 3:30 or 4 and I walked in. The girl was so helpful and told me the specials. I was unable to sit on the bench in the lobby so I asked if they could bring my pizza out to my car when done. So friendly, so quick and the pizza was awesome. It's hard to beat Papa John's crust and sauce. They did good on the toppings too. What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I ordered 2 pizzas and 15 piece wing. My wings were supposed to be coated in BBQ sauce, but they didn't take the time or effort to do that. They just left a puddle of sauce and threw the wings on top uncoated. The BBQ pizza I ordered barely had any sauce on it at all, and the other pizza made me physically ill. Ordered paid online, says 10 minutes, get there in 25. Pizza wasn’t started they said. Left came back, they give me a random Door Dash order under MY Door Dash name, I ordered online with an abbreviated name. Very scary weird. This Papa John's always gets my order right and the food is always cooked to perfection.I've been coming here for about 5 years now. The only thing I can say about the pizza is sometimes they don't put enough cheese but everything else is fine.The staff is always kind and courteous, but sometimes the customer service is inexperienced. I believe this is because they are always hiring young people who don't understand the importance of the service business and hospitality. At the same time, I've never been denied a service or courteousness for anything.
Excellent service from the store itself, horrible service from the call center. When placing an order by phone press 5 and order at the store directly.
Had a lot of issues with getting deliveries on DoorDash for this store while the store is closed. Driving over here for nothing
